Tram Route 30

Does anyone know why the route 30 tram doesn't travel on weekends, it's the smallest route on the network and they only use W and Z's on the line, so it shouldn't be that hard. Also I think it was a dumb move removing route 95, 24, and 42 the 95 reduced craziness on Bourke street, and does anyone know why the museum isn't in the free tram zone as well as the art centre, also with the casino and crown etc.
